Our trip to Bhutan would have been quite nice in itself owing to the scenic vistas, the serene people, the pristine architecture, and the rich culture. But the gap between “quite nice” and extraordinary was bridged by Mrs Sharmila Sharma from the company “Green zone Destination”. Mr Jambay Dorji, our tour and hiking guide who was adept at history, art, and wordly insights alike; Ms Dechen, our very friendly chauffeur, who was as merry and bright as she was peaceful behind the wheel. Special mention to Sharmila Madam who was our trip planner and she had made the process so easy right from the time we got in touch with her after deciding to spend our year end trip at Bhutan. She arranged everything so amazingly well. Unfortunately our flight got cancelled on the first day of trip still Sharmila Madam ensured that almost all the pre decided itenary and sightseeing would be covered by us and accomodated everything so well.

The farmstay at Haa Valley, hotel at Thimphu , Punakha and Paro gave us really memorable and unique experiences in the valley. We did hike for tigers nest which was very scenic and well planned to make us comfortable throughout. Ms Sharmila and Mr Jambay made sure the activity and locations were all catered to our personal palates. They gave us a very nice spiritual insight to Buddhist culture which we were seeking actively when we were planning the trip. Both Mrs Sharmila and Mr Jambay made sure we had the most relaxing yet adventurous trip. Additionally for any small requirements like room changes Sharmila Madam ensured that everything was perfect for us and also made sure we are taken care of well. We hope to be back soon as Eastern and Central Bhutan is on our list next. MR Gyam planned a very wonderful trip for me and my family. Every hotel booked were more than we had expected.. Drivers assigned very punctual and very friendly, particularly the driver assigned during our stay in Bhutan, Mr. Tshoni was very patient and understanding and took us to all the places and also suggested local places to eat and shop.. Our agent, Mr.Gyam was in touch with us from the start of the trip to till the end and ensured that we could reach out to him anytime for any assistance.. Thanks to them we had a great trip without any issues.. a very memorable one.

We were a couple and had a fantastic trip of Bhutan with Mr Gyam’s agency. The organiser Gyam was very professional and patient with us. He laid out a clear plan and quotation. The cab and hotels were comfortable. Luckily for us we got a driver who was also a certified and knowledgeable guide who gave us plenty of information throughout. Everyone was polite throughout.

I would recommend This Agency if anyone is planning a trip to Bhutan. Our Experience was really awesome.we were group of 8 friends. Thanks for organizing such an Amazing Bhutan Trip… Was thoughtfully organised by the Agent… Only hiccup being not so great room in Trongsa – the agent had indicated in advance that Eastern Bhutan might not have great hotels… Nevertheless the view and hospitality was superb.. The driver was quite helpful and knew locations and it’s history quite well.. Bumtang & Phobjika Valley — nature at its best… Yes the Trek to Tiger Nest too is one must not Miss in Bhutan.

Its mesmerizing! Its air is filled with peace & happiness, Bhutan is about culture, heritage, monastery and Buddhism. Its must visit place for those who is looking for peace and rejuvenation.

During trip planning, I discussed with many tour operators and finally I choose ‘Mr Gyam’s Agency because it was well supported with personalized itinerary, flexible travel plans and cost effective hotel stay. During the entire tour planning I was continuously in touch with Mr.Gyam .I appreciate the way he responded to resolve our query.

Planning and booking were done as expected. Their set itinerary made the best use of our time. The hotels and sightseeing were very comfortable especially with a small child. Even with the compressed timelines, we though that we covered the best of Bhutan in few days.

We had a wonderful trip to Bhutan at a nominal rate, stay in phuensholing was awesome with swimming pool, stay at Thimpu was very good in the capital city and the stay in Paro at an elevated resort was wonderful, hospitality too was unimaginable.The driver come guide Mr. Yugen was too cooperative, soft spoken, Very friendly, drove the latest KIA SUV safely on the ghat sections, finally the shopping was too memorable. Stupa, bhudda statue, temples in phunaka, fortress in paro & thimpu, dochula pass, museum was too good and ultimately the hiking in tiger’s nest was superb, and we had a sweet memorable trip Through Sharmila Sharma. Thanks sharmila for Making our trip Wonderful.

The tour to Bhutan was excellent. Ms Sharmila was very helpful , she answered querries made frequently by us and helped in selection of hotels very nicely and provided a well behaved and well informed driver . We enjoyed it very well .
