Terms and condition
Company reserves the rights to share the prior Entry Visa/Permit only after receiving the 100% of The SDF (Sustainable Development Fee) that is $200 per person per day for except Indian National and INR 1200/- per person per day for the Indian National.
Company reserves the rights to share the prior confirmation Voucher only after receiving the 30% advance payment of the total land cost.
Remaining 70% of the total payment has to be made before your tour starts for Bhutan

Tour Programmes booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

1. To confirm the bookings, 30% of the total invoice has to be paid as a Advance
2. No cancellation charges shall be applied if tour is cancelled prior to 31Days of Traveling.i.e Land Cost
3. Cancellation Charges of 15% of Total Invoice will be applied if tour is cancelled prior to 29 days but after 30 Days from the date of Travel.
4. Cancelled trip within 29days or more prior to arrival-20% cancellation charges from total amount applies.
5. Cancelled trip within 20 days prior to arrival-50% cancellation charges from total amount applies.
6. Cancelled trip less than15 days prior to arrival-100% cancellation charges from total amount applies.
7. No refund for No Shows or Early Departures.
8. Company shall not be liable for any additional charges arising from any natural calamities like road blocks,flood, etc.
9. Company shall refund the full Payment made by Travelers, for if Tour is Cancelled Due to unavoidable Circumstances, But only before to 20th day of Arrival Date.

Infant /Child Policy

• Children 5 years and above but 8 years and below, sharing room with parent is subjected to 50% meals charges.
• Children 9 years and above and 10 years and below Sharing Bed with Parents will be 100% charges on Meals.
• Children above 10 years have to Take extra Mattress and will be charged fully.

Other Information

All the travelers to Bhutan should have Valid Passport with more than 6 months validity from the date of Exit

Extra Notes**

• Use or Carrying of Plastic Products or plastic is Banned in Bhutan
• Carry Your Passport and tickets in an easy to access pouch or bag.
• Generally in Bhutan bargaining is NOT practiced or exercised. Customers generally request and NOT demand discount.
• Ensure that you carry your medications as the same formulation may not be available in Bhutan.
• Import of cigarette requires a permit available at entry point
• Smoking without a valid permit invites a fine. Smoking is NOT permitted in public areas and Vehicles.
• Littering is against the law
• Obey safety instructions given by local guide in regards to protective clothing’s, physical activities, and places that might compromise safety i.e. rivers, cliffs … etc.
• Indian Currency is accepted and the value is same
• Tipping is welcomed
• Photography of religious artifacts’ and important personalities need discretion, sometimes permission
• Forbidden areas must NOT be intruded as it may be places of worship and sensitivity.
• Cross mail Street at designated zebra crossing only. Walk on footpath only
• Public toilets are limited, Ask guide for information.
• Speak at a time, raising a voice is considered rude as most of the Bhutanese are soft spoken. English is widely spoken and understood
• Bhutanese respect privacy, if spoken to, Bhutanese will answer, if approached, – service will be given
• Do not pack sharp objects such as knives, scissors, penknives etc. in your hand luggage.

Documents to be carried during your tour:

• Valid Passport/ Voter id (original) Printed copies
• 2 Xerox Copies of Original document
• Child below 15 Years can carry birth certificate if there is no passport but birth certificate should be in English and child should be travelling with his Parents
• 2 passport size latest photos
